Wish I had seen this website before ordering ...I ordered 2 canvas and they arrived very promptly ( had to pay $33 for shipping ) then decided they didnt work . The company has a 30 days return policy for a refund minus shipping . Refunds are processed via email only which I began the next day. I received an email saying I would receive another email with instructions on how to return , but I am still waiting for this second email . I hope they don't plan to run out the 30 days clock , then tell me I missed the return window ...
After my review the reply I received told me to physically destroy the canvas and send them a picture of the destroyed items , and they will refund me ...Very bizarre. The actually said take scissors to the 24 x 24 canvas x 2 and cut a hole or X through them and send a picture, do not mail them back ???????????? What a scam ! I am sure they will then say they are damaged and not eligible for return ....
I like the quality of the Great Big Canvas product I ordered. However, I wanted to have my item exchanged. I've emailed the company three times already regarding this with no response. I've also tried two phone numbers listed on the internet and all I got was an automated response. It's been 11 days and it's really frustrating to not be able to get in touch with a customer service representative. It's important for any business to be reachable by phone.

I have never ordered art online before so was a little nervous, but the canvas far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful in my dining room. And it arrived earlier than expected.
Receive what I ordered. No complaints there. Was a bit disappointed for the following reason. When I first found what I wanted it was ~$300. One or two days later when I went to buy it, it was ~$400. I really wanted it, so I bought it.
A few days after ordering it, I checked the site and it was back to ~$300. Many companies will honor the sale price and issue you a refund or credit. If they don't, and it's a physical store, you can always return your original purchase, get the refund, and buy it at the sales price.
I called to see if they would consider giving me a refund or credit for the difference and the answer was a flat "no".
No big deal. $100 isn't going to make or break me, but I'm big on principle. I guess I picked the wrong day to buy. That's okay - it's the last thing I will buy at "Great BIG Canvas" and won't recommend them.

Very good replica of originals. I like the fact that I choose what I want, place order and product arrives in a reasonable time frame. Product packaging for shipping is exceptional. I have placed 5 orders and never had any damaging from shipping.
Easy order process. Framed picture received in reasonable time. Excellent, damage-proof packaging. Very nice design and presentation. Would like to have glare proof glass used if available. Otherwise, well done. Will purchase again.
PInting needs a little more color to better outline or define squirrels body.
Love the art I’ve ordered so far, about 6 pieces as of 4/4/21. I have several more pieces saved in my gallery that I will eventually order from Great Big Canvas. High quality, arrives in perfect condition due to excellent packing and usually on time at reasonable prices. Customer service was excellent too - only had one issue with a freight company they used on my last order, which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars on this. Everything else, 5 stars for sure.
Haven’t received my order! My credit card was charged right away but I can’t get any tracking information. My order was supposed to arrive on Nov. 25. When it didn’t arrive, I checked tracking and it seems to be stuck on in production. I sent an email on 11-28 and STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING! This is unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars because I don’t even have the print and no response to why it is taking so long.
Updated-So the print FINALLY arrived but there was only one mounting bracket for the left side. No bracket for the right side or the wire needed. So frustrated! Sent an email with picture of the back and got no response. We like the print but very disappointed with communication/tracking and lack of support for the hardware needed to hang the print.
This company provides the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. We ordered from them 3 1/2 weeks ago and have still not had a delivery. Its been in transit for almost a month. Covered wagon would of been faster. Its coming from Longmont CO to St George UT. Regardless of how it looks, this service is sub par and I will never order from GBC again.
We have asked to unsubscribe multiple times and have been ignored.
Don’t use
Product was less quality than the images suggest. Was a disappointment.
